Mr. Rajesh Jagtap started his career with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and traversing a long way in the field of composite engineering and manufacturing with giants of the likes of L&T, Mahindra Group, Tata Advanced Systems Limited, Tata Lockheed Martin and Reliance Composites is one of the core founding members of Triaster Metaloplast Private Limited and a guiding light for the same. He has to his credit, numerous feats and multiple successful projects in the field of composites in his long and fruitful career. An authority in the field of composite product engineering and manufacturing in India, he foresees the activities of the company as Managing Director and provides strategic vision for its future course of action.
Mr. Arindam Roy
Mr. Arindam Roy is a young and dynamic entrepreneur who after having completed his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and having worked in organizations of the likes of BOSCH India and Reliance Industries decided to start his entrepreneurial journey at a young age and have already cofounded and established two other companies before becoming a co-founder of Triaster Metaloplast Private Limited. He is one of the core founding members and director of the company and he looks after marketing, business development, strategic alignments, sourcing, vendor development and is the frontline relationship manager of the company
Along with the founding members, Triaster Metaloplast Private Limited is a 40 member strong lean and flat organization with carefully structured roles and responsibilities for management staff and shop floor associates.
